Dino Zamparelli to stay on as BRDC Rising Star for 2011

Dino Zamparelli has once again been selected to be part of the British Racing Drivers’ Club ‘Rising Star’ scheme for 2011.

BRDC's Rising Stars are drivers identified as having the talent and potential to reach the very top level of the sport. Only 40 drivers are nominated as BRDC Rising Stars at any one time and selection is by invitation only. All Rising Stars are supplied with a unique BRDC badge with their own name incorporated and decals are supplied for the race car and overalls.

Zamparelli is grateful for the faith shown in him by the Club despite having a year out of racing last year due to lack of sponsorship.

“I’m delighted and honoured to be selected as a BRDC Rising Star for another year. Last year was tough and to have the BRDC Club behind me for another year shows that they believe in me as much I believe in myself.

“I have to say a special thanks to everyone at the Club and I know that this year will be a much more promising year for me.”
